3 Things to Consider Before Hosting a Silent Disco
Before you put on a Silent Disco, you may want to consider these three things:
Have You Chosen the Right Package?
We offer three packages: basic, premium, and party packs. Our Basic Package leaves the night in your hands: you choose the music, run the event, and return the headphones to us the next day. This is the most affordable package, and we’re confident that our devices are easy to use. Still, you may find that you prefer extra support at your event. With our Premium Package, a member of our staff will attend your event and manage the Disco. They’ll ensure that the technology runs smoothly, and they’ll be on hand for any issues that might come up. If you prefer ease of mind, the Premium Package is for you.
Our Party Packs offer more than just the Silent Disco, and they can be combined with the Basic or Premium options, depending on your needs. You can design the Party Pack that’s perfect for you: gift bags, props, lighting, balloons—we offer lots of options! If you think you’d like a Party Pack, contact us and we’ll send you options and prices that suit your event.
Have You Advertised Your Event in the Right Places?
Your Silent Disco is going to be an amazing time, and it deserves to be seen by as many people as possible!
We suggest starting with your own social media and online presence, and advertising in-person or through flyers. One place you don’t want to miss posting is your community event pages!
Here in Denver, we have a few different online calendars that we wouldn’t skip posting on. There’s a dedicated website—Denver.org—with a calendar that showcases a wide variety of events. Local newspapers usually have calendars, too, like this one from The Denver Post.
You might look to big sites like EventBrite, too, and you can also look for your city or town’s local pages, like this one at Denvergov.org.
Make sure you’re posting widely to get the word out and increase attendance.
Are You Prepared to Never Go Back to Regular Dance Parties Ever Again?
Once you’ve tried a Silent Disco, you may never go back to regular dance parties or club events again. The immersive experience and versatility might just be too much to give up. Don’t worry too much—we think you’ll find that this is a welcome development!
